Muhammad (SAW) announced that whoever help him in his invitation would become his brother, regent and heir. Ali (RAA)was the only one who paced forward to help him, and he was only thirteen or fourteen years. The prophet repeated the invitation three times, but Ali (RAA) was the only person who answered Muhammad (SAW). Muhammad (SAW) confirmed that Ali (RAA)was his brother, successor, and people must obey him.
