Mohammad (PBUH) told Ali (RAA) in 623 that god ordered him to offer his daughter Fatimah to Ali (RAA) to marriage. Ali (RAA) and Fatimah had four children. Two of them (Hassan and Husain) were named by the prophet (PBUH) to be his own son.
Ali (RAA) and Fatimah’s life was simple of hardship and deficit. Ali (RAA) worked as a carrier of water and drawer and Fatimah work as a grinder of corn. Sometimes they can’t find food in their house.
Ali (RAA) didn’t marry any women while Fatimah was a life and after her death, Ali (RAA) married other women and had many children.
